Actually, though, this IS an example of plagiarism because it did not include all the necessary elements of a citation:

• The publication year is not included
• The page number (or for a web source, paragraph number) is not included. Although APA does not require a page (or paragraph) number for paraphrases or summaries, it is required for direct quotations.
