Below is what the home screen for Office 365 looks like. Click on an app's tile to open it up. Below the tiles are recent documents providing a quick way to access those files. The gear icon in the upper right corner is where you can change some of your settings.

Under Settings you can determine which page you land on when you log into Office 365, or if you would like to enable notifications. Toward the bottom is one way you can access the settings for the individual apps. You can also access this through the gear icon in each app. For instance selecting mail takes you to your email settings where you can set the option to forward your Central Penn email to another email address.
