The Associate in Science Criminal Justice program requires 21 credits of general education and elective coursework in addition to core courses, totaling 60 credits. As part of the general education requirements, students should take PSY100 Psychology to fulfill the scientific reasoning requirement.
The Bachelor of Science Criminal Justice program requires requires 42 credits of general education (27 credits of foundation courses + 12 credits from declared intersection + 3 credits of experiential learning) in addition to core (60 credits) and elective classes (18 credits) totaling 120 credits. As part of the general education requirements, students should take PSY100 Psychology to fulfill the scientific reasoning requirement and GEO105 Global Geology to fulfill the Global Citizenship requirement. To fulfill the 18 credits of elective coursework requirement, students can take any courses not already fulfilling a degree requirement OR declare and fulfill the requirements for any non-criminal justice minor.
Both programs require completing either Internship or Capstone.
