is a FREEMIUM web-based video editing tool. From the website, "PlayPosit is an online learning environment to create and share interactive video lessons. Teachers begin with any online video (screencasts, Khan Academy, TED, etc.) and transform what is traditionally passive content into an active experience for students, with time-embedded activities."
PlayPosit is currently in a state of transition. Their competitor 
closed its business in September 2016, so many Zaption users have migrated to PlayPosit. PlayPosit has not publicly stated how much an individual or institutional plan costs, but interested customers are encouraged to visit their website to request a demo.
