The Career Resource Center shares internship opportunities on their Online Career Center, Optimal Resume. Students are encouraged to created a free student account and begin searching there first. The site is available at https://centralpenn.optimalresume.com/.
The Career Resource Center hosts several events on campus throughout the year that provide opportunities for students to meet with employers in their field of study. Those events include the CPEC Job and Internship Fair in February, the Business Partner of the Year Breakfast in June and the Internship Fair in July. Students are encouraged to attend career-related events on campus as often as they can.
Students can also check general/national websites, including Internships.com and Glassdoor. Although these sites might have thousands of listings, many of those listings will be scattered across the country, so be sure to take note of where the internship is being offered before applying.
