- Assessment Tracking (General Education) This worksheet will help general education faculty to determine and track assessment throughout the academic year.

A course-embedded assessment could take many forms:
- Research paper prompt and rubric
- Speech prompts and rubrics
- Cumulative exam questions
- Multimedia prompts and rubrics
- Software application assignment
- Field demonstration assignment
Whatever form the faculty choose, it will be important that the faculty members use the course-embedded assessment in their courses, so that during the analysis, faculty members are comparing student artifacts or the specific object created by students used to gauge learning outcomes.
If asked by the program / department chair or the chair of the department assessment committee, the instructor of record must report assessments. We recommend using the Course-Level Assessment Report:
