This assessment workbook provides the faculty of Central Penn College with the tools and resources to conduct course, program, and institutional academic assessment. It was created by the Center for Teaching Excellence alongside the Assessment Committee of Faculty Senate to help educate and support faculty's use of best practices in assessment.

- Assessment Tracking (General Education) This worksheet will help general education faculty to determine and track assessment throughout the academic year.
- Assessment Tracking (Programs) This worksheet will help program chairs determine and track their progress on assessment during the academic year.
- Benchmark and Recommendation Tracking This tracking table should be used the program chair or the chair of the department’s assessment committee to track programmatic assessment.
- Course -Level Assessment Report This report is used by the instructor of record to provide feedback about course-embedded assessments, copies of assessment tools, and anonymized student work.
